What's included?

Your conference ticket gives you access to all talks, slides and recordings, plus time with experts and fellow attendees, as well as 1 conference tshirt.
You also get daily morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and entry to our networking drinks.
Masterclasses are booked separately. Masterclass tickets give you access to the pre-masterclass materials and slides. ​

Dietaries

We will make every reasonable effort to cater for all attendees with a range of options catered for at every meal offering. On the occasion where a dietary requirement is outside of the standard menu offering (e.g. kosher), these may incur surcharges and are subject to availability. Our providers make a wide range of food items and while all reasonable care is taken to avoid cross contamination, items may include trace amounts of allergens such as gluten, dairy, egg, lupin, fish, crustacean, soybean, sesame seeds and nuts. ​

Surcharges

The YOW! team believes in maintaining the high quality of events you've come to expect and have worked very hard to absorb the impact of rising operational costs to keep ticket prices the same since 2021.
Where an organisation requires vendor onboarding to enable invoice processing, an administration fee of $100 will apply to orders of $10,000 or less. This fee reflects the additional setup time and administrative resources required. ​

GST Regulations

All prices displayed are inclusive of 10% GST. ​

COVID Restrictions

We know these are uncertain times and it can be hard to commit to future events. Should COVID restrictions make it impossible for us to host the conference in person, your ticket will be converted to a virtual ticket and you will be refunded the price difference, less AUD$20 for your conference attendee t-shirt. (We will organise a date for pick-up of shirts in Melbourne post-conference). ​

Cancellation and Purchase

Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable. Once a registration has been made and the confirmation email has been sent out, the price is set and cannot be changed or adjusted. In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances we are happy to transfer your ticket to a colleague at no charge - just contact us at info@yowconference.com. ​
