Michelle is the CEO and Co-founder of Kaleida. She has been a software developer and engineering leader for a few decades and loves coaching good engineer and leadership practices, and has a passion for helping people navigate a path through their tech careers.
Michelle is on a mission to bridge the gender gap in tech leadership. She is the founded or Tech Leading Ladies, which works to elevate women into leadership roles and ensure they thrive. More recently, Michelle consolidated all she knows of building diverse, high-performing tech teams into a SaaS platform with her new startup. She is excited to share all she knows about tech career growth with the YOW! community.
