- YOW! can offer reimbursement for reasonable travel and accommodation expenses for accepted speakers. This typically includes return economy airfare and up to 1 night of accommodation, depending on the speaker's location and event schedule. Please note that any costs related to transport to and from the airport will be at the speaker's expense. Further details will be provided upon acceptance.
- All accepted speakers will receive free admission to the conference
- All submitters who are not successful in being accepted to speak are welcome to register at the conference early bird rate.
- All speakers agree to adhere to YOW!’s Code of Conduct.
