The Surprising Truths Behind Good Mentoring
Most technical leaders are either actively mentoring, or are aspiring to mentor, the next generation of technical leaders.

In this session I will share the key lessons I have learned from mentoring a diverse range of technical and non-technical people. They are lessons I learned the hard way - by having my own assumptions invalidated by trial and error, starting as a poor mentor, and working my way one lesson at a time toward being a good mentor.
