Making Hard Tech Decisions as Easy as ABC
Making 'big' design and architecture decisions can be a real challenge. Who do I need to get input from? Can I make this decision myself, or do I need to find someone more senior? Does everyone have to agree, or is it okay to disagree? This is too hard! Should it take this long?
At MYOB we've looked hard over the last while at how we make decisions, and we're trying a few things aiming to boost the quality of our decisions and the experience of everyone involved. In this talk I'll share a few ingredients that we value and how they help.
