Lauren Peate

Lauren Peate is the CEO and founder of Multitudes, which helps engineering teams improve delivery sustainably. She’s focused her career on using data to support people, including as the founder of Ally Skills NZ, a consultancy helping global tech companies improve team performance and delivery. Earlier in her career, she was a consultant for Bain & Co in San Francisco, translating numbers into business insights for Fortune 500 tech companies. She’s spoken at MSR/ICSE, Blackbird’s Sunrise conference, DevNxt, and DataEngBytes, among others.

In her free time, she enjoys running around the house with her two-year-old and chilling out with yoga and pilates.
