TRANSPORTATION AND GETTING AROUND
We recommend taking public transport - High Street and Moubray Street on St Kilda Road are the closest tram stops
Car parking is conveniently located beneath the hotel and accessible via Lorne Street. The car park has 400 parking bays for your convenience. At the time of writing, the rate is $25.00 per vehicle per day / per exit. However, please note that the car parking rates are subject to change without notification. There is one further car park in close proximity to the hotel to ensure ample space is available. Rates are subject to change without notice. For more info, click here.
There is also some on-street parking in the area, but it is very limited.
REGISTRATION
You will receive your conference badge upon arrival at the venue. Please remember to bring a copy of your ticket confirmation to receive your badge. Your badge is your ticket and is required to access the conference and social events for both days. Once you've checked in, you will not need to check in again.
The QR code on your conference badge contains your name, company, position title and email as a vCard. If you have your badge scanned by an exhibitor, you are sharing your contact information with that exhibitor so they may contact you for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions about how the exhibitor will handle your information, please contact the exhibitor directly.
Registration opens from 8:00am AEDT.
PHOTOGRAPHY
During the event we will be taking pictures to document the conference. If you do not wish to appear in any publicly published photos, please make sure to inform us when you register and get our “no photo” sticker for your badge.
GOTO GUIDE APP
Please make sure to download our free app “GOTO GUIDE” before you arrive at the conference, so you’re familiar with how to use it and can utilize all the great features during YOW! Melbourne.
With the GOTO Guide, you can favorite the talks you don't want to miss, rate each session, and ask questions to the speakers.
You’ll also receive important notifications leading up to and during the conference, which you won’t want to miss, so we recommend you install it today.

Dietary Requirements
A reminder for those that have send through their dietary requirements, all menus are displayed on buffets and indicate suitability. The venue has also set a special dietary buffet for delegates with specific requirements. If unsure, please contact a staff member for guidance.
WiFi Connection
Pullman Melbourne Albert Park does not provide free public WiFi access.
We highly recommend you bring your personal 3/4/5G access if you require stable internet access.
