Simon is the CEO at Hypergrowth Data, helping businesses use their data to boost productivity and revenue growth. He is a data science and analytics expert with over 13 years experience and held senior technical and leadership positions at industry giants like Meta, Booking.com, and Canva.
Simon's passion for helping people use data and make better decisions began with his PhD in decision making and psychometrics. He has since worked in 5 countries, where he’s built and led large, globally-distributed teams of over 30 data specialists. His approach to data and decision making has helped businesses achieve significant outcomes, such as doubling profit margins of new product verticals.
Outside of data, Simon enjoys being a husband, a father, and trying to whip up restaurant-quality meals at home!
