What is a Tech Strategy anyway?
Tech leaders shiver when the CEO asks for the tech strategy. We know that it’s one of the important responsibilities of our role but no one has taught us how to build one and there isn’t a GitHub repo for tech strategies to copy from.
In this talk, I’ll demystify tech strategies and share patterns I’ve used to develop them. I’ll provide useful recipes on how to go about it, what to include and what to do with it once it’s done.
