We will make every reasonable effort to cater for all attendees with a range of options catered for at every meal offering. On the occasion where a dietary requirement is outside of the standard menu offering, these may incur surcharges and are subject to availability. Our providers make a wide range of food items and while all reasonable care is taken to avoid cross contamination, items may include trace amounts of allergens such as gluten, dairy, egg, lupin, fish, crustacean, soybean, sesame seeds and nuts.
Credit Card Surcharge
A surcharge of 1% will apply when you choose to pay using a credit card. The YOW! team believes in maintaining the high quality of events you've come to expect and have worked very hard to absorb the impact of rising operational costs to keep ticket prices the same since 2021. To continue delivering the same excellence you love, we are introducing a modest 1% surcharge for credit card transactions. This surcharge reflects our dedication to transparency and enables us to share the burden of credit card processing fees with our valued customers.
Payments using invoicing/bank transfer do not incur a surcharge.
All prices are subject to 10% GST.
We know these are uncertain times and it can be hard to commit to future events. Should COVID restrictions make it impossible for us to host the conference in person, your ticket will be converted to a virtual ticket and you will be refunded the price difference, less $20 for your conference attendee t-shirt. (We will organise a date for pick-up of shirts in Perth post-conference).
Cancellation and Purchase
Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Once a registration has been made and the confirmation email has been sent out, the price is set and can not be changed or adjusted.
In case of illness or unforeseen circumstances we are happy to transfer your ticket to a colleague. There is no charge for transferring a ticket to a colleague, just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If that's the case, then it'll work if you try registering from a different network.
